One way to find out for sure is to sign up to be on it.
Most of them seem to lose a helluva lot of weight, although Cirie seems to be doing quite well. Obviously, there are cameras there all the time, and I doubt they're automatic ones up a tree. It would be a bitch to watch the crew chowing down on real food while you're chewing bark off a tree.
