Well, I'm (carbon) dating my self here, but for me "back in the day" was a time when there were no after school cartoons; just soap operas, Gilligan reruns, Star Trek reruns and Dark Shadows (which I had to sneak to the neighbors house to watch - Mom did not allow Dark Shadows in our house).
All the cartooons were shown on Saturday morning and my all-time favorite was Jonny Quest.
By the way Rogue21, I knew TMNT; but I would have been stumped by PPG; I am familiar with the PowderPuff girls (my niece was a big fan a few years back) but would never have guessed PPG. I'm not necessarily retarded
