Unfortunatly it looks like this movie won't be coming out for a while. I think Nolan has said he is going to work on a few more projects before thinking about the second Batman movie.
The first movie took about three or four movies to finish since it was announced. So have the Spider-Man sequels. I would just try and forget about this sequel for now...we won't see it for a while...
