If Ratatouille were not already out, I would have said that.

It's unfortunate that Transformers or the 'Bourne' series will not be on Blu-Ray because of their deals being with HD-DVD. Though, for Blu-Ray, I would definitely like to see Beowulf on Blu-Ray once it comes around, the 2007 Ray Winstone and Angelina Jolie version. The upcoming Sweeney Todd would look amazing too! I will preorder that.
