I think most of the adaptations have been more or less successful.
Superman 1 & 2, X-Men 1, 2 & 3 were good.
Shame about films like Daredevil and The Hulk letting the team down...

Hulk was a huge letdown! What a failure.
Is Spiderman Marvel as well or not?

Default Lovin' every minute of it...

...and Ghost Rider is next! Some of the adaptations were very, very substandard (Daredevil, the Punisher, the Hulk). Fantastic Four could've been better. Spidey and X-Men are still tops.

Default DC Comics adaptations aren't bad, either.

The Superman movies #1 with Reeves and this last one were very good.
Keaton's Batman was the best. Clooney's was the worst. I did like Kilmer's Batman, though, I'll have to admit. I forget the new guys name, though. His wasn't bad, but his half-SUV, half-tank Batmobile sucked.

Default Stop dissing the hulk

Even though it was the 1970's the Lou Ferrigno Hulk will always be my favorite. I must say that I didn't really care for the Eric Bana version, though he does fit the "Bruce Banner" model. It will be interesting to see how the new one plays out (currently in production) with Edward Norton. They are assembling quite a cast. See it here on IMDB... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0800080/

Also I'm not convinced IRON MAN will be all that, but the still photos and artwork are pretty cool!

They really need to start caring about the relationship to the original work so that fans don't just say "What the hell" when watching. I know the movie is a separate beast, but just making Hollywood action flicks doesn't do the titles or characters justice.
