Formula change.
We are still deciding on whether we want to use a minor rotation of pop-unders instead of the CanMag pop-in. Too many people hate this ad more than a pop-under (don't know why), so we removed it almost entirely. The software has been changed to give a user only a 1/3 chance of seeing the ad. The ad can only appear once per visit per eight hours max. If you visit CanMag and don't see it, you are stil guaranteed another eight hours without having to see it. We will have a finally decision on how we want to move forward on advertising shortly. What's worse? Pop-under or the pop-in? The pop-in will remain at 1/3rd chance if we decide to keep it; instead of 1/2 chance. Thanks CanMag Team |

Both of them are only minor annoyances and either one is fine by me. You should keep your options open for your advertisers. Do what you need to do to keep this site running (and free!) This is by far one of the best sites on the web. I hate going to a site and having my computer slowed down by all the animated ads and other crap running on the screen.

Spammers had a lot to say on the ad.
