My favs are of course 300 & also Batman Begins.
I love the choices of the actors, they made these movies great!

I love the early Eastman and Laird Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics. They were in black and white and had a more artsy/seriousness to them. Elements of the early comics shows in the first movie but then they got too goofy and lost their appeal. I haven't seen the new CGI movie but it looks too cartoonish.

I think we are going to see more and more action movies from comic books, its seems to be the in thing now. raina

My favorite graphic novels are Frank Miller's Sin City novels. They are so cool! Thank you!

My favorite graphic novel would have to be Heavy Metal & then 300 is a close 2nd. Of course, 300 is my favorite movie adapted from a graphic novel, although I dearly loved Heavy Metal & Sin City. I am so excited about Watchmen being made into a movie now.

Great contest - This movie is incredible. If you like 300 try picking up the novel "The Hot Gates" which is based on the same historic battle.

My favorite graphic novel/comic book at the moment is the current Gunslinger Born series of comics based the character Roland Deschain from Steven King's Dark Tower series. It is currently in the middle of a series of 7 issues, but I belevie they will be publsihed in graphic novel form this fall. Excellent series if you are a fan of Dark tower.

My favorite would have to be V for Vendetta, although the x-men graphic novels come close. The film adaptation of V for Vendetta was also well done enough for me to buy.I was expecting it to be disappointing.
