I believe 30 Days of Night is the best vampire movie since Bram Stoker's Dracula. The story of vampires coming to Alaska because there is no sunlight for a month is awesome. The ideal of vampires not worrying about the sun adds more of a foolish hope for the humans. Other movies make vampires look like pimps or good guys but not this movie the director shows how vampires should be portrayed. BRUTAL as hell, show no freaking mercy for humans. The people that wouldn't love this movie are people that love watching Dracula 2000, WEAK! There were these two teens when I was at the theatre, acting like the movie didn't scare them but I watched them almost jump out of their seat four times. Don't try an act like a hard man. Watch this movie. I implore.
