Default Fight Club

Another winner.

This movie has some of the best movie quotes ever found, and has one hell of a story line and cast.

Some of the quotes I loved in the movie:

-On a large enough time line, the survival rate for everyone will drop to zero.

-You're not your job. You're not how much money you have in the bank. You're not the car you drive. You're not the contents of your wallet. You're not your fucking khakis. You're the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world.

-I am the all-singing, all-dancing crap of this world.... I am the toxic waste by-product of God's creation.

Great film that belongs to no genre.

The first line was also my favorite. The cinematography is top notch and the twist is incredible.

I can't believe I have been forgetting to list this film in my top movies.

I'm not sure about Fight Club. It had some great lines in it, it made a good 'statement' about the state of the world today, but I think it tried too hard to be clever. I'm glad I watched it once, but I don't think I'll bother to watch it again - I thought it was over-hyped.

This was one of the best movies of its time (well its not that old, I know)

It really turned Brad Pitt into a serious actor rather than a poster boy.
The ending was amazing as well, I was certainly shocked

Does anyone know if this was based on an old movie?

fight club was based the idiocy of the hazing rituals of fraternities--a life-long brotherhood established by secracry and hierarchy, and those who qualify to enter--enter into a world to which they can never be taken out of!!!

Fight Club is one of the best movies of all time. Brad Pitt really is great in this movie, you may hate him in other stuff he does but he is just so cool and calm all the way through here.

Anyone who has not seen this movie should, it is one of the best movies out there. The ending was great as was said.

This movie is based off a book guys....

Very good movie. I enjoyed it. DVD commentary is also great. The director and Ed Norton discuss today's America as a consumption utility, and they make interesting and intelligent comments.

A really very good movie but somehow I find it dark. It is an action movie but it has a kind of seriousness about it that we seldom find in other action movies.

I enjoyed this movie, mainly because it was interesting to watch Edward Norton's mental breakdown. I like to study human behavior and when I watch movies it is the character's development that either makes or breaks the movie. Edward's character didn't want to be himself and so he sort of became someone else. The movie left me wondering if this is what people with split personalities go through.

I liked this movie because it was an intelligent movie disguised as an action type flick. I get something new out of it everytime I see it.
