HP movie errors/inconsistencies

there definitely are bound to be errors in a movie adaptation, but oftentimes the inconsistencies are deliberate.

one inconsistency i found was when in the Chamber of Secrets movie, it was professor mcgonagall telling the class about the chamber of secrets history instead of professor binns.

They also turned Dumbledore from a crazy old wizard into some ultra-wise sage or something. I liked him goofy! It makes the movie as a whole seem more important the way it is, though.

Harry (movie version) has blue eyes, the real Harry has green eyes.
