What are the odds that Secretary Heller is dead?

Ok,

If you didn't see the last episode of 24 then stop reading now:

SPOILERS

We all saw Defense Secretary Heller drive his car off the road into the lake. We were suppose to assume he died, but Fox has been killing off so many people that I bet to wager he didn't drown or die in the crash.

The guy has training, and he is sure to be able to get out of the vehicle if still conscious. Sure, the flipping of the vehicle didn't help his cause, but wasn't his seatbelt on?

He has got to be alive!

We shall know in the next couple of weeks.

I was going to say theres no way he's dead. It will be one of those miraculous only in Tv it could happen survivals.

He should have died, definitely.. but its to be expected they are almost invincible!

I guess it would be to predictable if he died in a horrific crash...
