I finally watched the Season 2 finale of LOST and only have to say WTF
We learned why the plane went down, the island has a natural magnetic pull that is not only strong enough to create energy fluxes but heal peoples injuries. Button wasn't pushed, crazy shit happened in the sky. THe others say once you leave the island you will never find it. Desmond tries to leave the island on a sail boat but ends up back at the island (though his compass always pointed a single direction). Remember, the island has a magnetic field... compasses are no way to leave nor find it. Was that Matthew Fox (Jack) playing another character at the end of the Season Finale? Have it Tivo'd? Take a closer look! Point out other facts we learned from the S2 finale below. flabbybuns |

The finale was pretty good, although I must admit I was slightly dissapointed by the very end of it.
I think what you mean by Matthew Fox playing another character is when he was at the running track/stadium just before Desmond talks to Penelope. That is in fact Jack going for a run after the end of a hard day at the hospital: you see him in his scrubs, and earlier in the show we see Jack talk with Desmond that same night. EDIT: I just figured out you probably meant one of the guys in the Arctic/Antarctic, who looks a lot like Matthex Fox. Apparently it isn't him though. ![]() Last edited by GLD : 06-10-2006 at 12:31 AM. |

I used to love this show but got bored of it.
I think it was because I didn't like some of the characters, but my friend said that I should get back into it. I did watch some of the episodes last season. Might just jump back into it when it starts again. ![]() Last edited by dls07 : 06-27-2007 at 04:37 AM. |
