Excited about this system

I have already purchases a 360 and, after seeing E3, I'm not saddened by not waiting for the PS3, which I felt was pretty disappointing, particularly in terms of release date and price.

The Wii, on the other hand, which I was ready to dismiss even while it was still called the Revolution, looks better than I had anticipated. Clearly, it doesn't have the horsepower of the 360 or the PS3, but it has some great franchises and the controller looks to be truly innovative. Plus, the price is right. With projections of $200-$250 per console, I think I may be asking Santa for a Wii this year....

Nintendo's Wii stole some of the fire behind PS3 and is helping gamers forget about the consoles delayed release.

Nevermind the fact that there are rumors that suggest the system still freezes and is glitchy.

Wii is definitely the dark horse with a strong chance to steal back some of the gamer market.

*it's CPU is not as powerful, but it does feature the games (and now unique controller) that people love to play.

Well, I for 1, along with my brothers are total gamers. My brothers a bit more than me of course, them being guys n all. But, yes, I think the Wii has a very good chance of beating out the other systems this year. I saw the video demonstration for the controller, and while I wouldn't want to move around like that all the time, the look of it does seem pretty cool.

My oldest brother prefers the Playstation over Nintendo simply for the many more games it offers. But, my other brother & I know better. More games doesn't make a good console, only very, very good money. If there's 3 things every good game needs they are: Graphics, Storyline, and Quality. Now we all know that the PS has nothin on graphics compared to Nintendo. They usually definitely have good stories. Which brings us to quality. Nintento, by far, has always, always had better quality games than any other game released on another console. Not to mention all the family friendly games they have to offer which is what parents will be looking at the most this Holiday Season.

Now, I've got to say, if the price estimates for both consoles are correct, then there's no way on God's Green Earth that I'm going to pay $500 for a more popular system when I can pay half that for a better quality system.

But hey, that's just me.

I can't wait for the wii! I was lucky enought to get my preorder in a few weeks ago before they ran out, and all I have to do now is pick it up on the 19th! The controllers look a little trying, but....I'm sure it won't be that difficult to get used to!

Yes, I can't wait for that game to come out! "The Umbrella Chronicles."

I absolutely LOVE Resident Evil! (the games only) I'm a nut for this series.

But I heard that ALL the main characters will be in this one and you can play as ANY of them!! SO SWEET!

FINALLY, we can play as Barry!

I'm tossed up between Wii or Xbox 360.

Probably going to have to do the 360 for the HD dVD player.

Everyone reading this should do themselves a favor and buy a WII. You definitely won't regret it with the big 3 coming out this year (smash bros. metroid 3 and mario galaxy)
