How do you think the Wii will stack up against the 360 and PS3?
Do you think it will steal some customers from sony and microsoft? |

Well of coruse the 360, and PS3 are the big ones. I'm happy with all the playstation and nintendo makes. Nintendo makes you can't just not buy. So many classic games, I just love.

True, their games are more about FUN then anything.
the Wii had the most hype coming out of e3 since it was the little guy who exploded onto the scene. flabbybuns |

I select Nintendo myself, just I like Wii Remote, it is cool, uses accelerometers to sense how players swing, point, and tilt the controller, encouraging game titles to incorporate activity.

I just got my Wii and I LOVE IT!!! I personally think it's weird that people compare it to PS3 and 360. I personally don't. I see it as it's own system doing it's own thing. Yes, if you like a fancy, pretty game with realistic graphics of war or basketball, then go with the other two.
But here's how I know Wii is awesome - My roommate is not a big video game person, and it never helped that she would have to read an instruction book or go through a training "Level 0" just to play. She just wanted something fast and easy. With the Wii, I only had to mention a couple of specific points about a game or two (like not moving so fast so the sensor can recognize you and how to do the pool stick in Billards on Wii Play) and we were off and running. And she loved every minute of it. What was going to be an innocent half-hour of play became two hours of every sport on Wii Sports and half the games on Wii Play (we stayed a little on Find Mii, that game is just too fun). And that is what this system is for - fun, fast, and active play. Not to mention cheap!!! Highly recommend it (but good luck finding it... I lucked out that they had ONE left at a Virgin Megastore, and I had to buy three games just to get it... for the record, I picked Zelda, Rayman Raving Rabbids, and Wii Play for the extra Wiimote). |

I just got a Wii yesterday. Shipped it from WiiPeddler.com, and I am stunned. This is the best console I've had since the Super Nintendo. Amazed at the sound quality. Even though there's no 1080p HD support, 480p is more than enough for now, I believe. I'm eagerly waiting for Super Mario Galaxy and Super Smash Bros. Brawl right now.

I have faith the PS3 will become worth it (I have one), but the Wii has beat it out in terms of innovation and sheer value - well worth it for the fun it can be with friends and what not.

Wii is the best system out on the market. I should know, I've had it since day one (nov. 19, 06). 'Nuff said.
