I actually like sim city more than I liked the sims. I find it more fun to build the city than to just boss people around more or less...

I tried a really sadistic approach on this game once...

There was one time that I got really bored with the game, and got this idea of inviting people in and trapping them in various places. I trapped Mr. Bachelor in the maze garden, blocking him with a column. Then I trapped one of the Roomies in an enclosed room by deleting the door, buying a fireplace for that room and waited for her to light it.

Oh wait, I also trapped that guy with the moustache in the swimming pool by deleting the pool ladders.

They died in less than a day, I think.

I've never played Sims, but I've wasted...err, spent many hours playing Sim City. My kids play Sims almost daily so I imagine that its a great game.

That sounded a bit like "Six Feet Under" didn't it?

It was fun while it lasted. After a time, the game did get a lot more boring, and snagging cars out of the road and putting it on a fabricated garage didn't really put fun to the next level anymore...

Hmm I dont like the Sims, even doing this sort of nonsense would probably bore me
I still dont get why people play a game that tries to mimic real life , instead of having a life of their own? haha

Everybody got their own taste on what games they want to play. I think half of the games are based on real life like sports and racing. Sims is just portraying the things that people would really want to do if they have the money to spend.

Anyway, I also love playing The Sims. I play this game just for fun. I like to make my home an art and not just a cartoon picture with different colors and shapes.
