Default Sims

Anyone played this game on your PC?
If not, you're missing half of your life! Just kidding!
I am a fan of the SIMS, and every time they released a new game for their fans, I buy it and really enjoyed every second of playing. I am totally recommending this game especially for females.

Is it very fun to play? I've never really gotten into the simulation genre, since I think I would be bored with it because there is really no end "objective", so to speak.

well there are a lot of objectives but you sorta set them. it IS very addictive though once you get into it, especially building the cool houses and stuff like that. plus just sometimes watching what your people will do and stuff like that. there are some mini objectives like when youg et a job and stuff but nothing really. i mean you could just go to work and pay bill and live in abox forever, lol.

havent played sims 2 though, wish i had it!

I figured it would be pretty addictive, since you have a lot of people you manage. Life simulations have always interested me, but I haven't got around to playing this series.

I brought the first and have almost all the expansions, but it just doesnt interest me anymore
The Sims 2 was pretty much the same apart from the graphics upgrade

I used to play it but I got sick of it real fast. I never understood how anyone can get addicted to this game...yikes, I guess I was wrong!

I am into active games, ex:doom, quake, counterstrike. My roomie has this game though so maybe I should give another try.

I do not think I would like this series. I enjoy games where there is an actual goal rather than just open-endedness in the gameplay.

I just love messing with the characters in the sims. Especially the maid that cleans my room. Have anyone tried killing the maid by putting her in a space where there is no exit?

Create a room. Put a trash inside it. When the maid comes to pick up the mess, pause it and then remove the door. She will stay there until she will die.

Another way of killing a character there is at the swimming pool. Remove the stairs when the character is in the pool already. He will just swim until he drowns. There will be an urn beside the pool when he dies.

I'm a huge Sims fan. I play it obsessively. I have more than 10,000 downloads on my computer. I build more than I actually play with them. It's totally a life long addiction. There's a hardcore cult of us here on the internet, we have to have our Sims fix.

When I got the Sims I used to be addicted. I would plan with it, and interact wih virtutal versions of my friends more than I would my friends themselves.
