Personally, I'd choose Heavy Gear 2, but that sorta diverts to the mecha game category... so I guess Soldier Of Fortune is on top of my list. Everytime it just draws me back to shooting someone in the groin and watch them wobble in agony The game seems to be one of the most realistic I've come by, and the theme+story just takes me away.

silly as it sounds, I get dizzy doing FPS - if I can switch to an outside mode, I'll do it..

I would say Counter-Strike for me. I really am addicted to that game when I was in college that I would spend the whole weekend playing that game with my friends in college.

Medal of Honour is also one of my favorites, because its just like CS. Though the game is more on goals.
