Did anyone play an RPG called Xenogears for the PSX1? It really is a lengthy RPG, a lot of dialog and you can't speed it up. It is very linear though (no replay value) but the story is very intriguing.

Xenogears is my favorite RPG, i personally think its even better then Final Fantasy 7, gameplay wise at least.

Yeah I have played Xenogears in the past, one of the best PS1 RPG's and still considered superb by today's standards. Like you said, some of the scenes can get boring as there is so much text to scroll by.
