Lost Superman II Footage

I'd like to see with the release of the new Superman film, Warner will finally release the lost version of Superman ii.

In a nutshell, when Richard Donner was fired as the Director, a great deal of footage he shot was reshot and/or scrapped.

Also, a ton of Marlon Brando footage from part one that was never used was planned to be used in the film but had to be cut due to a lawsuit that said Brando would be paid $2 Mill if they used him too prominently.

Will Warner ever release the 'lost' version????
