Default Poseidon

Has anyone heard anything about this film? Reviews or anything? I'm curious as to if it will be remotely decent.

The movie has not been released, how can you get the reviews before that? lol

I've seen the trailers and not impressed - it wasn't that great when it first came out and now we ahve a remake? What a waste of money and talent and special effects!

The old movie was great, and this movie looks like a trainwreck with way too many special effects.

i believe Poseidon has got kurt russell in it. my classmates are raving about it, how so much better than MI:III it was. i also wonder what is good about it, makes me want to see it for myself.

Okay, in my opinion, MI:III will be an utter waste of time, just on account of Tom Cruise's presence. Bleh. As for Poseidon, I enjoyed the original, and will probably wait for this one to come out on DVD.

everything's tolerable as a rental... but even Kurt Russell and Richard Dreyfuss won't be able to save this from sinking like a stone.

MI:III should be dead as well... wait for another few weeks and it'll be gone!

no, not everything is tolerable as a rental. i disagree utterly. somethings are a waste of one's life. somethings take two hours from your existance on the planet and snatch it away, ruthlessly, never to be returned.

I don't know what the beef is with M:i:III, the film got great reviews; I dug it.

However, Warner Bros was expecting Poseidon to fail and I haven't been happy with Wolfgang Peterson of late.

Troy should have been amazing. Who turns a decade-plus long war into a 12 day event?

Yea, Troy sucked. I want to see Posiedon to decide for myself, but the hubby doesn't want to see it... decisions, decisions.
