I wouldn't say the same... it looks pretty corny to me.
I'm a 3D CG fan... but this movie doesn't halfway interest me... somehow. Maybe it's because of Bruce Willis voicing? I'm a fan of his, and I don't think he fits such a role... |

I'm a little interested at this movie, William Shatner voices one of the characters!
Thisn2s > What about Willis voicing? I don't see a problem with that. ![]() The burping part on the trailer was hilarious!

Willis is the raccoon, Shatner a possum... worth a shot, I figure! off to the local drivein!

I happen to think that most of the cartoon movies that come out are great. Especially since the level of detail has become truly amazing. When you consider the amount of work those coders and filmmakers put in I can't see how you couldn't be impressed. Shrek was brilliant.

Whoa! Whoa! Wait just one second, Shatner voicing in this? Oh my god, oh my god, that is just so funny.
I mean Shatner in a cartoon, isn't that guy trying to break in as a singer or something? Well anways, over the hedge. It seems like it'll be one of them funny little kid movies that are so dumb they force you to laugh. But I could be proven wrong. |

...well, for that matter, the naked turtle did make me laugh.
![]() Maybe it's just because I'm tired of these kinds of productions. There's Cars, Robots, and the others I didn't watch because it was getting tiring. |

Robots was actually pretty good - they marketed it to kids when it was really for adults - I'd recommend the rental!

I wasn't too amped on Robots when I saw it in theatres. However, I watched it again on TV recently and admit that it does have some witty humor here and there.
About Over the Hedge: reviews claim that the film is going to be a hit or miss for each moviegoer. flabbybuns |
