Pirates of the Caribbean 2

I forgot to list this as one of my most anticipated movies of this year.
I cant wait for PotC 2.. the first was probably the best movie I saw all year.
Johnny Depp played such a great part. I didnt think I would like that movie at all, but it turned out to be one of my favourites.

i feel axactly the same way about the first one--in fact I may put it in right now--I almost found myself refusing to watch it cause I just didn't think it would be any good--ya know disney and all-- but I did watch it, and I am glad that I did--

However, I am refraining from being overtly excited about the second one, because it is still a disney flick-- though they have continued to do some good/great work (i.e. glory road). they did some terrible stuff for a long time and because of them I am reluctant to getting excited about disney movies--i don't want another let down--plus sequals generally are...well yall know the drill.

but at any rate, I will probably not wait for it to come out on dvd and will spring for the theatrical release

I thought that Pirates of The Caribbean was a rather weak movie dialogue wise - I liked the style and effects, but the humour through stupid / cliche jokes was annoying.

I didn't even realise that they were making a second one! Now that I know, I'll probably give it a look - this has been a dry year for good films IMHO, but I'm not exactly excited about it.

I've watched the first movie but unfortunately, I didn't get to see the whole thing. You know...when I first saw that movie, I thought it was Natalie Portman that was acting. Anyway, I have yet to see movie two but I really want to watch it.

I have to say this is one of the movies I am really looking forward to. The first movie set the bar so high I don't know if this will live up to expectations or not. It should be good though, they just have to remember the sequels rules.

More action, more villians, and a better story that uses the first movie.

I think this will be a great flick.

Yeah I'm really excited about this movie too.

Here's the thing for me, I'm a big Johnny Depp fan. I've seen movies of his that I didn't like too much (like Willy Wonka) but I still really enjoy his characters in those movies.

I saw the first one. It was really good, and Kiera Knightley is just a babe.

I'll be waiting for this one. Can't wait to see it. It seems to be more "action" intense, and bigger stunts and better comedy. Not sure about the story though, I didn't get much out of the trailer...

Who hasn't seen the first one? This movie kicks ass!

The sequel should do well... have been impressed with all the trailers and clips so far.

Nice to know that the third sequel should follow a little more closely (release date) as well.

The first was a pretty good film, and im sure the sequal is going to be top notch

As long as the original casts are there, I think the sequel would be great. And I hope it has a relationship from the first movie. But I guess most of the Jerry Bruckheimer films are great, like The Rock and Pearl Harbor.
