Plot / Synopsis

Though we thought he fell to his death in the first installment, Chev Chelios is on the run again but this time he is trying to catch up to a Chinese mobster who stole his super-powerful heart. Chev must use a battery-powered ticker that requires regular jolts of electricity to keep working
