 For
those of you who have not seen or heard of Bubb Rubb, he made his television
debut on KRON
4 News. The news station was doing a report on Whistle Tips that were
being installed in automobiles to make them audible for up to a mile.
While running the report, the news station encountered Bubb Rubb and Lil
Sis who were interviewed as their station installed the Whistle Tips.
Bubb
Rubb explained the Whistle Tips as "Woo woo," an expresion that
has now caught hold of the internet public. The news clip, which is real
and meant to be serious, is hilarious as they interview Bubb Rubb and
allow him to drive his car to show off the Whistle Tips [while doing so
he almost hits another car and runs a stop sign; hilarious].
