Brandon Routh at least has the proper look. This is him dressed up at
a halloween party... Who Knew!!
I have found it hard to forgive Bryan Singer for
leaving the X-Men films in order to pursue directing the next Superman
movie. However, this does not mean I can't be excited for the news that
Singer has finally found the actor to play as the next caped wonder. And
you know who it is? Brandon Routh! Yeah, I haven't heard of the guy either.
Superman Rumor Confirmed
The people over at Latino
Review first posted the rumor that Brandon Routh, known for his roles
in Gilmore Girls and Cold Case, could be the next Superman.
After a day, another entertainment site, the Movie
Hole, confirmed that Brandon Routh would in fact be the next flying
wonder in tights.
The shooting of the next Superman will commence starting in 2005 down in
Australia. Judging by the only picture I have seen of Brandon Routh, it
seems that the guy at least looks the part.
Anyway, I am crossing my fingers now for both X-Men 3 and the next
Superman to be blockbuster hits. |
