Singer Found Superman, But Lois Lane?

It Again, if you have to choose people to get LOST with... hard to find
a better selection
We recently reported that Bryan Singer has in fact
found the next Superman.
In order to out do this rumor, Joblo recently posted another rumor that
Lois Lane may also be up for pickings. And whom does Bryan Singer have his
eyes on to play as Superman's love interest? We recently discussed this
actress because of her part in the LOST
mini-series and now it seems that Evangeline Lilly may be open to even greater
things.
The New Lois Lane
First, this is only just a rumor and is in no way official. However, she
would be perfect for the role. She has that young look that Brandon Routh
[next Superman] has and she also has the dark hair. I personally think she
is much hotter than the original Lois Lane [Margot Kidder] too. If she does
get picked up, it looks as if Bryan Singer is going with a much younger
look for the upcoming Superman. But, there are also reasons to
doubt this rumor as well.
Evangeline Lilly, who was once a Ford model, does not have much of an acting
record when compared to other Lois hopefuls out there. As a matter of fact,
the mini-series LOST is her only real breakout hit. In my article
about Brandon
Routh as the next Superman, I stated that this guy is really an unknown
who is stepping in to fill a big part. Would it be wise of Bryan Singer
to have Superman's love interest be an unknown as well? Hard to say. Remember,
Singer was the guy that cast Hugh Jackman as X-Men's best mutant,
Wolverine, when he was an unknown and now look at him. In the end, whatever
Singer attempts to do I am sure it will work; the guy has a great track
record for film and seems to work great with younger actors and actresses.
