The first trailer is not that impressive.
Ewan McGregor in Valiant
Beside Ewan McGregor, Valiant also features stars such as Jim Broadbent,
Rupert Everett, Hugh Laurie, John Hurt, John Cleese, Ricky Gervais, Tim
Curry and Olivia Williams. It would seem Rupert Everett is enjoying doing
animated films as he was also the voice to Prince Charming in Shrek 2 [a
great voice at that]. The animated film takes place furing WWII when the
British had to count on carrier/homing pigeons. The star of the film is
a petite pigeon [McGregor] who must overcome his size to show his country
the hero inside.
After watching the trailer, I can say that I am not all that impressed with
either the premise or comedy. However, this is an early trailer meaning
that more polished stuff should come later [I hope]. Check out the trailer
