Is it enough to get you excited for The Matrix one last time?
This would seem to be the final go for the Matrix
films from the Wachowski brothers. In an attempt by the WB to fill our holiday
cheer with The Matrix, the company will release a ginormous Matrix
DVD set that serves up an impressive ten DVDs.
The UltimateMatrix Collection DVD Pack
The package includes every Matrix film, plus the Animatrix,
plus extra DVDs that include tons of features and featurettes. When I say
tons, there should be at least 100 extra features for your viewing pleasure.
While this does not make up for the fall off of story to The Matrix, it
helps mend the sting a bit. One of the largest strengths to the ladder two
films is the cinematography and special effects; now you can learn how they
created every single shot.
