When I first heard that they were doing a Da Vinci Code adaptation with Hanks and Howard, I got excited. However, with a release date [just announced] that seems ages away, maybe I should save this excitement for other upcoming films.

Seem far off? Hell yeah! Alright, I'm still excited for the film because of the premise, the story, and the talent behind this film; but a year an a half?
