When I first heard of Be Cool, I didn't
know what to think. By the film's extended use of 'from the makers of Get
Shorty,' [its actually a sequel] I thought maybe it was reaching. However,
after viewing the trailer for Be Cool, I have to say the film looks
damn...well.. cool.

First, here is the cast involved with Be Cool: John Travolta, Vince
Vaugn, Harvey Keitel, Danny DeVito, Uma Thurman, the Rock [Dwayne Douglas
Johnson], Cedric the Entertainer, and Robert Pastorelli. This movie almost
has the star power of the Oceans films, and the Rock looks cooler
than ever... with hair! Besides this, the premise throws in elements from
mafia to gangster into the music business, with a result that is definitely
comedic.
I don't know what it is about this film, but it just looks damn cool. So,
