It may only be brief, but Michael J Fox will be
returning to television as a guest star in three episodes of Boston
Legal.

Fox will be playing Daniel Post - a Stage 4 lung cancer patient - and is being represented by Crane, Poole and Schmidt in a lawsuit involving a promising anti-cancer drug. During one of his visits to the firm, he becomes personally involved with Denise Bauer (Julie Bowen), one of the firm's attorneys.
"We couldn't be more excited. His comedic and dramatic strengths make him a natural for this series," said creator and executive producer David E. Kelley.
