Though we haven't been paying any attention to the Blade television series that will be finding its way to Spike TV sometime around June of 2006, the latest set of screen captures have definitely caught out attention.
Blade Television
As of now we do not know too much about the Blade television series spin-off except for the fact that David Goyer is still the executive-producer plus co-writer of the project and the new Daywalker will be played by Kirk "Sticky" Jones, the former front man of Onyx, instead of Wesley Snipes.
According to David Goyer about his new star:
"Sticky is awesome as Blade. Very charismatic. Different than Wes, but cool."
We at CanMag.Com are still expecting Spike TV to turn on the marketing sometime before spring of 2006 to alert Daywalker fans that the story continues; even if it is in a different medium.
However, for now, Comics Continuum has recently put up a few of the first images from the television series.
Blade Television Series
Though we are still a bit unsure about how the television series of Blade can possibly be, having David Goyer still on board definitely helps. Check out all the pics for Blade over at Comics Continuum.
