One of the best television series to date is set to return just in time for summer. I know most of you out there are preparing for the season finales of all your favorite network shows while I, along with others, wait for the season premiere of the third season of HBO's Entourage.
Ok, ok, I am pretty excited about the two-hour season finales of 24 and LOST too...
Entourage S3 Coming June
One reason I love Entourage is that it is one of those shows you have to be introduced to. A friend or family member has to tell you just how cool the show is in order to get you to sit through the pilot episode; which is pretty great by the way. Before you know it you are watching Entourage re-runs every chance you get.
If you have yet to see Entourage, let me put you on a quick 'diet' to prepare you for the third season.
1. Buy S1 from Best Buy or wherever you shop.
2. Watch S2 on HBO On Demand.
3. Watch the preview for S3 here.
4. Have all 22 shows completed by June 11th.
That's correct, just in case you didn't catch the exact date it will be June 11th when Vince's entourage returns to HBO to handle another year in Hollywood with 'V' as a bigger star than ever; James Cameron's films are known to do this to people.

HBO presents Entourage, the hit comedy series executive produced by Mark Wahlberg that takes a look at the day-to-day life of Vincent (Vince) Chase, a hot young actor in modern-day Hollywood, and his entourage. He's brought with him from their hometown in Queens, NY: manager Eric, half-brother Drama, and friend Turtle. The series draws on the experiences of industry insiders to illustrate both the heady excesses of today's celebrity lifestyle, as well as the difficulty of finding love and success in the fast track of show biz. Now that the boys are getting used to the perks of stardom, Eric, along with superagent Ari, keep Vince's star rising while making sound decisions for a long-lasting career in a world of fleeting fame.
I ran into Bob Saget the other night while at an indie premiere in LA and did get a chance to discuss his brief stint as himself in Entourage S2. It turns out that the guy is pretty close to character; except for the fact that he is way more down to Earth in person. I asked him if we could expect another appearance from him as Vince's neighbor in S3 and he responded with a big "No."
That's it! Get ready for Entourage S3 on June 11th.
