30 Days Season 1 DVD Review
The main extra here is the extended diarycam footage. You actually won’t get any new information from this as most of the participants tend to just ramble about their feelings, which are already clear in the show in more edited forms. But aside from maybe an anecdote or two, there’s no actual new information. The same reflections repeated over and over get a little tiring to watch in one run.
The commentaries tend to be pretty informative. With so many participants, the conversations flow. Talk about the development of the show and each episode is interesting, though these too tend to talk about the participants feelings as the experiment progresses.
