Parvati and Adam know they are the next to go if
they can not crack the Aitu 4.
Survivor Cook Islands Rundown #13
Tree mail arrives and it is a bucket of mud. The
reward challenge is for a spa day with a massage and food. The object is
to gather the most mud from the mud pit in 10 minutes. They can roll in
it then scrape it off into their bucket. They can not carry mud in their
arms or hands. The winner gets to choose one person to send to Exile Island.
Two other survivors will go to the reward. Normally the winner gets to pick
the people to go. Not this time; the second and third place finishers will
accompany the winner to the spa. Our survivors are rolling in the mud and
scraping and squeezing it off themselves. This is one of the most disgusting
challenges ever. Ozzy being the consummate challenger is placing mud on
the back of his neck and his head. Yul is carrying mud in the curve of his
back. The girls are squeezing mud out of their hair. Ten minutes are up
and Jeff says he is going to check what he feels is the winning bucket first.
Ozzy’s bucket which is filled to the top weighs 45 pounds. The next
closest is Parvati with 24 pounds. Yul barely beats out Adam by a half pound
to take the third place spot. Guess who is going to Exile Island –
poor Adam.
Sundra and Becky head back to camp alone. They are talking about how worried
they are about Ozzy. He just loves to win. He did not beat them by a little
bit in the challenge, he had twice the amount of mud as anyone else. The
dude is an awesome threat.
Here are Ozzy, Yul and Parvati flying in a plane with seats covered in plastic.
They left directly from the challenge to go to the spa covered in mud. They
are greeted by native girls with leis. First on the agenda is a shower.
They are then given hot rock massages. Parvati is glad to see a “light
at the end of the tunnel with only five more days of dirt”. You wish
honey, because you won’t be here five more days guaranteed. She thinks
if she can flirt her way in they will keep her around. After dining and
having champagne they get naked in the hot tub. Wait, is this The Bachelor?
Becky takes Yul to have a chat as soon as he returns
from reward. She is increasingly worried about Ozzy and really wants to
get rid of him. Sounds great in theory, but you can’t get rid of him
as long as he keeps winning the immunity challenges. Becky tells Yul she
is afraid Ozzy will align with Parvati and Adam.
The immunity challenge is carrying four bundles across beams and assembling
a maze from them. They must then roll one ball into each of the two corner
pockets. Ozzy has great balance and is in the lead from the start. Adam
can’t get his cute butt across the beams. The girls are struggling
as well. Yul catches up. The race is between Yul and Ozzy to win this challenge.
Yul has trouble getting his maze together and ultimately Ozzy is once again
the immunity challenge winner.
Adam tells Yul he knows either he or Parvati is going and asks to be the
one to stay. Adam and Parvati approach Ozzy to vote out Sundra or Becky
because they are just riding the guy’s coattails. They are grasping
at straws here; the Aitu alliance is too strong.
Yul brings Jonathan’s hat to tribal council and places it on the jury
seats. Jeff says this is one of the boldest moves ever to win a vote. Parvati
says, “Yul has played the game seamlessly from the start”. Jeff
asks Adam why he has such trouble with the challenges. He looks like the
biggest physical threat on paper but just hasn’t produced. Jeff also
notes how much Ozzy winning the challenges has advanced the Aitu 4. Since
she does better in the challenges than Adam, Parvati is voted out. The Aitu
4 can not risk one of the former Raro tribe winning the final immunity challenge.
It’s on to the Finale. Who will Outwit – Outplay – Outlast
and win the million dollars?
