Just when you thought the Sims was sucking
up all your time for the PC things just got worse. EA announced today that
they will be bringing The Sims 2 to consoles (Xbox, GC, PS2), handhelds
(Game Boy Advance, DS, PSP) and various mobile phones.

Don't expect an exact port of the PC game though. A few details and control features will be changed (the console version will let players take control of their sim without the use of their cursor) and the mobile version will contain unique storylines different from the other versions.
Look for these versions to be released in Fall 2005 just in time to get
a head start on the Christmas shopping season. Stay tuned for updates.
