At last, a date. The world of Hyrule opens in November.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Release Date
Since Nintendo revealed that Link was coming back,
this time in a more traditional form than Windwaker, people (well,
I) have been waiting for the release date to be set. At last, it has.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess will appear in stores November
first. Reportedly, Link is darker and more mature this time. Subject matter
and fighting will step up a level in Twilight Princess, almost
the reverse tactic of Windwaker.
During a discussion of the impending Zelda with
my brother, he stated that he had been ready to chuck his GameCube and focus
on Xbox and PS2 until the new systems came out. When he heard about the
release date of Twilight Princess, however, he changed his mind.
Nintendo really needs to focus on what their fan base wants if the doomsayers
are to be wrong about the Revolution being their last game system. Mario
and Link are Nintendo's ace in the hole.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess comes to stores November
first. Most gaming stores will preorder.
