Distracted earlier this year with the idea of Halo
RTS in Halo Wars, Bungie has been working on Halo
3 in hopes of giving gamers yet another reason to say bye-bye to
PS3.
Halo 3 Trailers and Pre-Visuals
Those of you who have dreamed of playing Hang 'Em High in Halo 2
or, even better, in real life, then you will be one of the many who had
hoped that Microsoft's threat of releasing Halo 3 on the
same date as PS3 was the real deal. Unfortunately for us, it was just a
threat, but this game still looks like something worth waiting for.
By the way, I will only play Hang 'Em High in real life if health packs
actually existed. (note to self)
Yes, we would have loved having Halo 3 be part of the
gift guide but instead have been alerted to two sweet videos to pop up for
the game instead. Start the countdown, the Halo franchise
upgrades into trilogy mode this 2007.

It turns out that the Halo team felt the Brute didn't get enough love in
Halo 2; he was a 'last minute' unit. Halo 3
will show tons of love to the Brute with new classes, upgraded AI, and pack
mentality.
