Rob Cohen [producer of XXX:
State of the Union] had a lot to say about the XXX
franchise including a sequel. But who will be the next XXX? It
seems that Rob Cohen is ready to make another jump on this one.
Cohen Likes Girls
Yeah he does. But seriously, in a recent sit-down
with About.Com
Cohen announces that he had wanted to use a female heroin for XXX: State
of the Union, and since he could not do it then he definitely plans
to do it for the next XXX. Here is a little of what Cohen had to
say:
"I would really like to do a woman XXX. That’s what I really would like to do. I think we understand the testosterone level of Vin Diesel and Ice Cube. I would really love to get the Michelle Rodriguez type or Michelle Yeoh or someone, a female who really can kick ass and take names.
I would definitely come back because I think the women today are tougher than the men. They’re braver and they’re smarter and we don’t have as many traditions of what makes a female hero as we do for the male hero. We talked about it [for XXX2] but I think Revolution wanted to make a jump but not jump out of the universe.
