About two weeks ago we posted that Vinnie Jones
may be the next addition to the X-Men series through the role of
Juggernaut. However, at that time the report was only heresay. Now, we have
a report that confirms that Vinnie Jones WILL/SHOULD be Juggernaut for X3.
Vinnie Jones is Juggernaut
Once this rumor initially broke, the Matthew Vaughn
fans out there figured it had to be true. Vaughn has had previous experience
with Vinny Jones on films such as Snatch. You know, Vinny Jones
was Bulletproof Tony, he took five bullets in one sitting ['You die now!'].
Anywho, the rumor was confirmed by a report sent into AICN,
here is a snippet from the report:
...at the Layer Cake festival where
director Matthew Vaughn has confirmed that he will be directing and producing
Neil Gaiman's Stardust. He couldn't go into details, though he did hint
at confirming that Vinne Jones is close to signing onto X3 as Juggernaut,
an interesting villain because he is related to Professor X.
I don't know what cruel person would make this up, and we are far from April
Fools, so lets cross our fingers.
