Some General Grevious news from Star Wars Celebration
A couple more reports head in from Star Wars
Celebration III. For the most part, all reports either relate to the Star
Wars television series coming our way or little bits of new information
for Star Wars Revenge of
the Sith. So how about a little of both.
Star Wars Updates
HappyGuy reported into AintitCool
some of the latest details from Star Wars Celebration. While most
of the details were about the Star Wars television series, there
was a couple nice little bits about Revenge of the Sith.
Here is a little of what he had to say on the Star Wars television
series:
One other thing though about the TV series, yes he did say it would be set between EPs III & IV, but he also said the series would center around "peripheral characters from the films", people that were not central in the previous films. After revealing this, he even jokingly said something along the lines of, "that's enough information to have you speculating for a long time."
Now, for most, the introduction to General Grevious will be entirely new
for those who have not seen the animated series Star Wars: Clone Wars
[Grevious' real introduction occurs here]. If you have seen the cartoon
series, you will know that Grevious is amazing with a lightsaber [or should
I say lightsabers?] and can do moves that wow even the greatest jedi. Grevious,
playing the dark card, even has the ability to use two extra arms stowed
away... allowing him to fight with four sabers at a time [if you don't count
him using both his legs too]. While I do not expect the fights in Revenge
of the Sith to be nearly as cool as Clone Wars, here is a
report that does admit something:
Nick Gillard, the fight choreographer, says that there are going to be a bunch of people with 2-bladed lightsabers in the movie, ala Darth Maul.
Grevious does go into the 4 armed lightsaber thing.
