When you hear about a film that was able to
beat out both Lord of the Rings and Spider-Man 2 at its
local box office, you begin to take notice. Well, Fox Searchlight immediately
took notice and grabbed the rights to the first movie in a fantasy trilogy--
Night Watch.
The film, titled Nochnoi dozor in Russian, looks cool as hell and should
expect a good US box office considering that people are at least somewhat
curious of what is to come.
And what is to come of Night Watch? Well, judging by the stills,
movie trailers, early reviews, and this latest poster, this film should
rock.
