Vinnie Jones 'could' be Juggernaut
IESB
recently caught up with Matthew Vaughn and got him to speak a little about
the beginning production of X-Men
3. Vaughn, though humorously answering the questions,
shows that he is ready to take on X-Men 3 and continue the legacy
[with differences] that Bryan Singer started. However, Vaughn does expect
X-Men 3 to get 'rough.'
Vaughn On X-Men 3
Vaughn, with involvement in films such as Snatch
and Layer Cake, is the epitome of rough; this guy sure does know
how to make cool films. While I am going to miss Bryan Singer, Vaughn seems
more than ready for the task and, after the latest interview, seems confident
enough to pull off another successful X-Men movie. So, what does
Vaughn confess about X-Men 3?
Absolutely nothing. 20th Century Fox must have Vaughn by the nuts, as he
sure can hold his tongue on any real details for his latest project. He
even attempted to avoid the fact that Vinnie Jones has been picked up for
the role of Juggernaut in X-Men 3. I figured this fact has been
proven by now, but maybe not.
The only thing that did come across in the interview is that Vinnie Jones
has no doubts about taking on the X-Men franchise, and seems more
than willing to make some changes to make the series 'rough.' Just how I
like it.
