Here is a few nice updates for Harry
Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Harry Potter and
the Order of the Phoenix. USA Today got all Potter'd out and decided
to write not one but two preview articles for the upcoming Potter
films.
Lets Talks Potter Movies
In the first article put up by USA Today [read
here], Daniel Radcliffe confirms that he will be in the fifth
Harry Potter movie, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
But what about the sixth and seventh book? Well, considering the next books
have yet to come out, I guess Radcliffe would only confirm movies for books
already on the sales racks. If Radcliffe didn't go forward with books six
and seven, how awkward would that be? We would have to bring in some one
like Matt Damon [or the kid from Phantom Menace] to play the role
of Harry.
In the second Harry Potter article put up by USA Today [read
here], we get to hear Mike Newell [the new director for Harry
Potter] discuss the film and the differences between Goblet of Fire
and the first three Potter movies [you mean, besides the director].
According to Newell, Goblet of Fire will
feature two new aspects- dating and action. While there was 'action' in
the previous Potter films, Goblet of Fire is full of it.
Having read Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, I completely understand
what Newell is talking about. The Tri-Wizard Tournament alone could put
up a lot of action as we see Harry, and other wizards, face tricky tasks
and battle dragons. When it comes to ladies, Hogwart's is visited by competing
Schools of Wizardry, which means more dating options for all of the characters
in Potter. So expect some relationships, intense-but-fun action,
and the death of a couple characters. All in all-- good times.
