Expect another dose of Rush Hour
After a hiatus from the films and Chris Tucker,
it looks like Chris Tucker and Rush Hour will be given a chance
to make a couple more movies. Can we expect two more Rush Hour
films? Most likely.
Rush Hour 3 Set to Go
According to Variety,
Chris Tucker is currently in negotiations of a $40 million dollar contract
for a two-picture deal with New Line. What films could he possibly be doing
two of? Rush Hour 3 and Rush Hour 4 of course. While Tucker
has yet to place his John Hancock on paper, considering the guy hasn't had
anything since Rush Hour, we should expect his involvement.
The new Rush Hour films will also bring back Jackie Chan and director
Brett Ratner. With production set to start this fall, New Line hopes that
the next Rush Hour can be one of its bigger hitters for Summer
2006.
The Rush Hour 2 screenwriter, Jeff Nathanson, is also back on for
Rush Hour 3 after just finishing a script for Indiana
Jones 4.
