and team for Superman
Returns. Did you know Superman could throw?

The latest production diary, 'Wind Up and the Pitch'
is cool not really because of the film that is present, but the fact that
the crew for Superman Returns has built a giant potato gun that
fires baseballs into the distance. Why would they do this you ask? Well,
the entire cannon was built just to show a small scene with Clark Kent [Brandon
Routh] throwing a baseball. Obviously, Superman should have the arm like
a cannon.
