For all of the War
of the Worlds fans out there, the countdown for the Spielberg
/ Cruise film adaptation has just begun. So, for the upcoming three weeks,
expect a lot of early reviews, clips, and other reports from the Paramount
front. But, for now, we are going to start with this first part in a series
of video featurettes for War of the Worlds.
War of the Worlds Video Featurette
The first featurette from Paramount on War
of the Worlds is titled 'Storyline.' The almost-two-minute clip features
interviews with cast and crew such as Steven Spielberg, Tom Cruise, and
little Dakota Fanning. As stated before, Spielberg compares War of the
Worlds with that of immigrants being uprooted by war.
Other than the interviews, this first video featurette also shows off some nice behind the scenes, a few added shots from the film, and
Tom Cruise NOT screaming 'I Love Holmes!'
Yeah, have to give Tom Cruise a hard time about
that one. However, he is still one of the top actors of this generation,
