These indians look a little more than pissed.
For all of the moviegoers who were bummed that
the Colin Ferrell epic Alexander failed them at the box office,
here is his second chance in the upcoming film The
New World.
The New World Trailer
The full trailer for The New World makes
the film look very Thin Red Line-ish, meaning that you can easily
spot the use of nature and the disturbances brought on by conflict. However,
the trailer, though not showing explicit nudity, does hint at a lot of indian
nudity in this film; which is a nice thought for some.
The New World takes place in 1607, when settlers came to America
and colonized the area of Virginia. The only problem is that people already
live there [natives] and they may end up having a say in the matter. The
film is by the creator of The Thin Red Line, which is probably
why the film looks the way it does. The film also tells the story of John
Smith [Colin Ferrell] and his relationship with the indians and Pocahontas.
