Will has the genes for super-strength
After doing some final email checks I found a nice
set of new movie stills for Sky
High sent over. Now, I know the Disney film looks like
it can easily go either way, but after looking at all the recent stills
and the trailer, it looks like we are at least guaranteed a film that is
at least entertaining. The film is also about a ton of different superheroes
similar to X2 or Fantastic
Four; and both of these films boast impressive box office
numbers.

When you're the son of the world's most legendary
superheroes The Commander (Kurt Russell) and Jetstream (Kelly Preston),
there is only one school for you - Sky High, an elite high school that is
entrusted with the responsibility of molding today's power-gifted students
into tomorrow's superheroes. The problem is that Will Stronghold (Michael
Angarano) is starting with no superpowers of his own and, worst of all,
instead of joining the ranks of the "Hero" class, he finds himself
relegated to being a "Sidekick." Now he must somehow survive his
freshman year while dealing with an overbearing gym coach (Bruce Campbell),
a bully with super speed and a dangerous rebel with a grudge (and the ability
to shoot fire from his hands)... not to mention the usual angst, parental
expectations and girl problems that accompany teenage life. .
I am definitely going to be one of those people who first made fun of Sky
High but still show up to theatres on opening weekend. Anywho, onto the
new Sky High movie stills.

at all. I do dig the outfits, but can't figure out exactly what they are
made of or how the hell Kurt Russell was able to slip into his.
