The Legend of Zorro
Having loved the film The Mask of Zorro,
it should be without question that the upcoming sequel, The
Legend of Zorro, should perform well at the box office.
That is, of course, as long as Columbia Pictures doesn't try a stunt like
the gravity defying shovel riding from the last film. Luckily enough, I
don't see any shovels in this new trailer for The Legend of Zorro.

One of the number one things that impresses me
about The Legend of Zorro, besides all the ass - kicking action,
is how hot Catherine Zeta-Jones is... again. After seeing her in films such
as Chicago and Intolerable Cruelty, I had always figured
that the beauty she showed in the original Zorro might have left
her with age. But no, here she is again looking as good as ever.
The new trailer for The Legend of Zorro begins in a cool fashion as it follows
the dong of a bell while Antonio Banderas puts on the mask of Zorro 'for
one last time.' It then proceeds into the same action sequences we have
already seen in the two previous trailers plus some additional sword - swinging
footage featuring Banderas and Zeta-Jones. All in all it looks like Martin
Campbell has successfully recaptured the same energy that made the original
film great.
Early reviews claim that all of the action witnessed in the trailer occurs
in the later half of the film, which makes me wonder how they can fit so
much adventure into one hour. Guess we will have to find out on November
4th when Zorro comes to theatres.

The Legend of Zorro comes to theatres on November 4th. However,
October 28th has been suggested as the release date as well.
